评审宣布比赛结果的时候眼睛里都是泪水。这其实不仅仅是一个甜点比赛而已，四年只为这一次，里面都是chef对甜点惊人的热情与坚持。法国人对食物已经具有某种固执了，里面的顶级chef说如果你不具备红白蓝collar的能力却穿戴红白蓝的collar就是一种犯罪，你会去坐牢！
