我觉得很有意思的一个纪录片，讲尼日利亚的年轻人借电影俱乐部办政治、社会议题的讨论会，为女权、后殖民问题吵架，请摄影师来讲大学里的流浪学生（因为房租太贵），还有学生罢课上街等等。英语也是他们的母语，在这么糟糕的环境下其实人也可以坚持思考，但是非洲的学术并不被广泛承认，这让我想起英美学生的论文代写产业链，剥夺第三世界的学术话语权，同时也剥削他们的学术能力，第三世界的出路在哪里？

Long and Intense debate scenes are interspersed with daily life shots, lighthearted conversations or music sequences, leaving viewers room to breathe. Fittingly Wiseman is cited as one of his influencers in ND/NF interview. But I'm too ignorant to recognize any of the other African/Black filmmakers' names he mentioned there. That's also how power works I guess.
