During WW II, a young German woman is separated from her family and imprisoned by the Nazis. After being freed she falls in love with and marries a German officer. 战乱年代对家庭造成的悲欢离合，大时代中家族的沉浮。巧合有点多。很喜欢这类家族的命运史诗。如果是德，法，英等拍，似乎也比美国拍感觉更厚重。没想到是纳斯塔西娅·金斯基。

不知道为什么我的眼神总是被金斯基的鼻子所吸引（她应该能消耗比别人更多的氧气吧）……但电影拍的很好。
